cbage Terms and Conditions

cbage ("we", "our", "platform") is an online gaming and betting service provider platform. These terms and conditions ("Terms") serve as a legal agreement between cbage and its users ("you", "member").

3.1 One Account Policy

Each person may operate only one account. If the same person creates multiple accounts, all accounts will be cancelled and deposited funds may be forfeited.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

The name, date of birth, contact details and payment information provided at registration must be accurate and up to date. Providing false information may result in immediate account closure.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

3.4 Account Security

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible for a 100% bonus of up to ৳20,000 on their first deposit. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times (10x) the bonus amount.

For example: if you deposit ৳2,000 you will receive ৳2,000 as a bonus. A total of ৳20,000 (10x the bonus) must be wagered before withdrawal.

6.2 Bonus Terms and Conditions

• Each member may claim each offer only once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they are usable for betting only.
• If wagering requirements are not met within the specified time, the bonus will be automatically cancelled.
• If evidence of manipulation to exploit a bonus is found, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• cbage reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

6.3 VIP Program

The cbage VIP program has three tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.3%), Silver (up to 0.7%) and Gold (up to 1.0%). Members can advance to higher tiers through sufficient betting volume and active participation.

The following rules apply when placing bets and playing games on the cbage platform:

7.1 Validity of a Bet

A bet will be considered valid only when the cbage system confirms it. In the case of an incomplete bet due to network disconnection or technical error, the deposited amount will be refunded.

7.2 Technical Errors

If a software or hardware error produces an abnormal result, cbage reserves the right to void that round and refund the wagered amount.

7.3 Game Provider Policy

7.4 Sports Betting

You can contact our support team at any time to request the closure of your account. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any outstanding balance before closure.

9.2 Closure by cbage

cbage may close or suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a terms violation is found.
• If fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
• If verification documents are not provided on time.
• If the account remains inactive for an extended period (as per the relevant policy).

9.3 Self-Exclusion
